1) Offer opportunities for your student to see/solve Math that happens in
real-life. Check out this video link to see kids in action using problem solving tasks. (You can stop around 6 and a half minutes.) |
2) While your child is problem solving, ask questions with the desire to clarify their ideas and help deepen students mathematical understanding.
